We also perform a Background Profile Check for candidates after shortlisting them to ensure the candidate provided to the Client is one of the best in the market.

If the candidate resigns from the Organization within the support period, we provide an equally or even better candidate as a replacement free of cost.

If for some reason the candidate is not selected by the Organization, we immediately source more competent candidates & provide more profiles as per the need till the position is closed.
