Mr. Sashank Shekhar is an enterprising person having completed his B.Sc. with M.B.A. and LL.B. He has worked from Medical Representative and has grown to the level of General Manager with MNC, leading Pharma Companies. He worked successfully for almost 32 years in Pharma Industry on Pan India basis and subsequently he entered into the business of Training and Placements under the guidance of Mr. Kiran Prakash launching “Placement and Beyond” which is an associate of “Beyond 100 Percent”.

On recruitments, Mr. Shekhar personally interacts with each candidate after screening is done by his skilled team and he checks references, interviews candidate on Voice and Video Calls to understand the attitude, strength and weakness of the candidates.

In “Placement and Beyond” we maintain high level of confidentiality and we do not charge any amount from candidates. We screen candidates thoroughly and after placing them we follow up to ensure that employee and employer are happy. So far more than 10,000 candidates are interviewed and large number of people are placed in reputed Pharma companies and are working successfully.

The company “Placement and Beyond” are placing people in Pharma, FMCG, Banking and I.T. Industry. We are contemplating to enter Hotel / Hospitality and Retail Industry too. The team of “Placement and Beyond” are young Management Graduates and are highly skilled. They are also being trained regularly and we work with high speed based on the requirements of our clients.

Mr. Kiran Prakash is a well-read person and very strong in Man management. He has done his M.Sc. with Physics and also had completed his M.B.A from Mumbai. He is the founder member of “Beyond 100 Percent” which is now almost more than 16 years old organisation for Training, Development and Placements.

Mr. Kiran Prakash has worked in large Pharma companies and has grown form Medical Representative to Vice President (Sales & Marketing). He is a well-known personality in Pharma industry and has placed many senior leaders in Pharma industry and almost all are doing well.

Mr. Kiran Prakash has a passion for Training and has imparted several trainings to Pharma professionals. He is one of the leading Pharma Trainers and his training is well appreciated for bringing the turnaround in business for faster growth. He trains and develop people for Target achievements & imparts the skill of strong monitoring, follow up, explains on control of attritions, do hand holding to build a strong team, motivate team & explains to handle field issues with mock practice to get the desired result / achievements.
